Stacey Falkwin

Stacey lives by a philosophy that’s both straightforward and inspiring: envision a world without limits, only boundless possibilities. From a tender age, she grasped the power of effort, focus, and dedication in turning dreams into reality. This mindset has propelled her to set lofty goals and repeatedly demonstrate that determination and passion can
conquer any challenge.

Her real estate journey began at 21, when Stacey took a leap of faith and purchased a fixer-upper, much to her parents’ surprise. This bold move sparked a lifelong passion for transforming neglected properties into stunning homes and rental spaces. With over twenty years of rich experience in renovations, property ownership, and management, Stacey now channels her expertise into helping others build their wealth through property investment.

This expertise in property transformation led her to become a REALTOR® in 2006. Here, Stacey combined her deep love for homes with her innate desire to connect with people. Her leadership of the Falkwin Group has seen the team rise to remarkable heights, earning a spot in the top 1% of real estate teams in Canada every year since 2017, along with numerous other awards of recognition and achievement including being awarded the prestigious Royal LePage East Coast Realtor of the Year in 2024. This success is a testament to her strategic vision and unwavering commitment to her team and clients.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, she is deeply committed to charitable causes close to her heart, including Alice House, the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation, and numerous children’s sports teams and causes supported by her clients. Her dedication to these organizations reflects her strong belief in giving back to the community and making a meaningful impact beyond the world of business

Outside work, Stacey’s love for travel has led her to adventures like scuba diving along the Great Barrier Reef, 14,000′ skydives, and hiking adventures in the Greek Islands. She relishes exploring diverse cities, resort towns, and rural landscapes across the globe. But the heart of her world is her family. Grateful for her beautiful partner and two wonderful children; for Stacey, family is not just an important part of her life, it’s the core of her inspiration.

Heather Morgan

Heather Morgan brings a depth of experience, professionalism, and genuine care to every real estate relationship. Driven by a lifelong passion for design, architecture, history, and home renovation, she joined the Falkwin Group in 2011 after a successful career in business administration. Real estate was a natural evolution; one that allows Heather to combine strategic expertise with meaningful, people-focused work.

Highly regarded within the industry, Heather maintains a Fellowship (FRI) of the Real Estate Institute of Canada, which she earned in 2019. As well, Heather holds an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation. These credentials reflect her ongoing commitment to professional excellence, ethical practice, and exceptional client service.

Heather’s approach is grounded in listening first. Her priority is to understand your goals, then guide you with clarity and confidence through a personally tailored buying or selling process. Known for her positive energy, professionalism, and steady guidance, Heather strives to make each experience informed and seamless, while keeping things enjoyable along the way!

Originally from Dartmouth, Heather has lived on both coasts of Canada as well as in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. With more than 12 personal real estate transactions, several relocations, and countless renovation projects behind her, she brings firsthand insight into the complexities—and emotions—of moving. This perspective allows her to advocate for her clients with empathy, patience, and precision.

As a parent of four and grandmother of two, Heather understands the evolving needs of busy families at every stage of life. Whether you’re purchasing your first home, moving up, downsizing, or relocating, your goals remain her top priority. Outside of real estate, Heather loves enjoying the outdoors with her family and her dog, Jelly. She is an avid kayaker, skier and equestrian; she and her teenaged son love to call Bedford their home.

Maria Barreiro

Maria, a dedicated and passionate Realtor, takes immense pride in her genuine love for the real estate industry. Born and raised in Dartmouth, she is the youngest of five children in a vibrant immigrant family. Maria learned early on that hard work and determination pave the way to success in any endeavour.

A graduate of Saint Mary’s University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, Maria’s academic and athletic experiences have shaped her into the successful and industrious professional she is today. Her adventurous spirit and love for world travel have led her to explore various regions in North and South America, Europe, Africa & Asia. One of her life’s dreams was fulfilled when she volunteered at Ebenezer’s Orphanage in Arusha, Tanzania, an experience that holds a special place in her heart.

Deeply committed to her community, Maria actively participates in local events and programs that showcase the city she loves. A proud supporter of the Royal Lepage Shelter Foundation and Alice House. Maria was fortunate to take part in 2 Royal Lepage Treks for Shelter in Ecuador and Cambodia in support of this deserving cause, demonstrating her commitment to making a positive impact in her community. Her strong sense of community and love for people led her to a career in real estate, where she found the perfect fit for her competitive nature and passion for helping others.

With a background in customer service, Maria brings a unique perspective to her real estate career, ensuring her clients receive outstanding service and guidance. Since obtaining her Real Estate license in 2013, Maria’s goal has been to ensure each client has a stress-free buying/selling experience, anticipating their needs and ensuring their goals are met. Originally from Iran, Sona moved to Canada in 2006, marking the beginning of a transformative chapter in her life. Alongside her husband, she spent several years studying, working, and traveling across different countries before ultimately choosing Nova Scotia as home, settling in the welcoming community of Bedford.

Fluent in both English and Persian, Sona’s multicultural background allows her to connect naturally with people from diverse backgrounds. Summer brings a unique blend of professionalism, warmth, and genuine care to every real estate journey she’s a part of. Raised between Quebec and Prince Edward Island, Summer grew up bilingual in French and English with a strong sense of community and a love for architecture and design. After moving to Halifax to study Business Management at Dalhousie University, she later spent a year in France working as an au pair. An experience that enriched her language skills and cross-cultural communication.

Before transitioning into real estate, Summer spent several years in sales, including working closely with architects and interior designers as a Design Specification Representative. Representing 7 architectural brands, she provided product presentations and design consultations that sharpened her aesthetic sensibilities and strengthened her client-first approach.

Outside of real estate, Summer Skye lives up to her name with a deep love for the outdoors. Whether she’s camping in PEI, skiing, or out for a run, she finds joy and balance in nature. A social and thoughtful person, Summer thrives on meaningful conversations and is always excited to make new connections, both in and out of her work.

Liz Martin

Liz Martin is a trusted Halifax Realtor known for her local market expertise, genuine client care, and results-driven approach. Her approach balances sharp market analysis with patience, warmth, and just the right amount of wit.

Whether guiding a first-time buyer, marketing a distinctive property, or navigating a complex sale, Liz provides clear guidance, thoughtful advice, and an unwavering focus on finding the right fit. In competitive markets, her strategy and attention to detail give clients an advantage. Ultimately, her focus is on helping people make confident, informed decisions.

Drawn to the coast and the community, Liz has built both her career and her family life in Halifax, spending as much time as possible enjoying the beaches, coastal trails, and outdoor spaces with her girls and her husband. She has a genuine appreciation for Halifax’s historic properties, a reflection of her love for character and timeless design.

Beyond her real estate practice, Liz is deeply engaged in her community. She has served on the Professional Standards Committee with NSAR since 2021. For more than 15 years, she has also volunteered in leadership roles with her daughters’ Irish dance schools, including helping to found and lead the parent association. In this capacity, she played a central role in organizing and running local Feisanna and other performance-based events. Liz continues to support the parent organization and volunteers annually with the feisanna. She also spent a year on the Housing Committee with the Elizabeth Fry Society of Mainland Nova Scotia, contributing to important discussions on housing access and equity.

Administrative Manager

Daphne Makrides

Born and raised in Dartmouth, Daphne spent much of her childhood travelling with her family. She tagged along on business trips overseas with her Dad and spent summers vacationing throughout the Atlantic provinces with her family. Travel, near and far, became a passion for Daphne at an early age. Having been to over 15 different countries around the world, Daphne has cultivated a love of diverse cultures, unique experiences, and pushing herself outside of her comfort zone.

It was no surprise when Daphne chose to study Tourism and Travel Management at Holland College in PEI. This course of study allowed her to gain a better understanding of the importance of hospitality and forging strong client relationships.

After graduation, Daphne gained experience in the tourism and hospitality industry, working primarily with international customers and clients. She also spent several months in Spain working as an au pair and teaching English to the children in her host family.

Daphne entered the real estate industry after realizing she sought to build longer-term service-oriented relationships with her clients. This, paired with her passion for house hunting, made it an easy decision for her to explore a career in real estate.

After a few short months in the industry in an administrative role, Daphne made the bold decision to become a homeowner herself! She purchased her first condo at 23, just a few months before earning her real estate license.

As the Falkwin Group’s Licensed Administrator, Daphne has gained vast knowledge of the real estate industry through supporting a fast-paced, top producing team. She has become an invaluable resource to our team members and clients alike.

When Daphne’s not working, she’s travelling, spending time with her family and friends, or working on making her condo feel like home!

Tabitha Manjuk

Tabitha believes that the most rewarding work happens in the moments people often don’t see, the careful planning, thoughtful communication, and attention to detail that help everything come together. After graduating from Cape Breton University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, she found herself drawn to real estate administration, where her passion for the built environment naturally aligned with her strengths in service, collaboration, and building meaningful relationships.

For Tabitha, real estate goes far beyond transactions, it’s about creating an experience where clients and team members feel confident, supported, and cared for every step of the way. Whether she’s coordinating details behind the scenes or helping keep daily operations running smoothly, she enjoys being someone others can rely on. Her thoughtful approach and genuine willingness to help reflect the collaborative, client-first values of the Falkwin Group.

Having lived in Nova Scotia for five years, Tabitha has developed a deep appreciation for the province’s welcoming communities, beautiful scenery, and strong sense of community. She enjoys exploring different parts of the province and values the connections she has built both personally and professionally.

When she’s not in the office, you’ll most likely find Tabitha staying active through fitness or recreational sports, tackling a creative DIY project, dancing, picking up yet another hobby and exploring beautiful landscapes around the province. She approaches life with curiosity, gratitude, and a desire to keep learning, qualities that continue to shape her personal and professional life.

Social Media Specialist

Becca Williams

Becca was born in Halifax and spent her childhood growing up there and in Dubai for 4 years. She spent most of her upbringing travelling with her family and family friends, and it’s grown into a passion in adulthood. She’s been inspired by and interested in the real estate industry since she can remember—researching properties and the local market as young as 15, and becoming a homeowner at 21.

Graduating Acadia University in the midst of the pandemic in 2020, Becca finished with a Bachelors of Business Administration with a Major in Marketing and Honours. Her thesis studied using social media (specifically Instagram) to build a framework of success for institutions of higher education across the channel, leading her into a career in data-driven digital marketing. This thesis was supported by her work experience before graduating through the university’s co-op program—a year at a local social media analytics software startup, working with brands such as Amazon and LVMH.

Her first post-grad position was at a marketing agency in Bedford, Nova Scotia, where she worked with over 10 clients to grow, support and measure their performance on social media, and managed campaigns across digital channels. From there, she wanted to explore working with one single brand in-house to grow personally in more aspects of marketing, so she started freelancing for a local CPG startup, which grew to full time shortly after.

Working in startups has allowed Becca to gain knowledge and experience in countless different areas of marketing beyond social media, including website design and maintenance, influencer relationship management, campaign management, paid social and advertising, photography, photo and video editing, and graphic design.

In late 2021, Becca and her closest friend decided to start their own business, Alben Lane Candle Company—health and eco-conscious soy candles made from 100% Canadian suppliers, inspired by their lives growing up together on the East Coast. Since then, the brand has expanded to 4 provinces and is sold in over 20 stores.

Becca has been able to pair her passions for growing local brands, social media, and real estate as she has been part-time with Falkwin Group since August of 2022 alongside her own brand. She is excited to continue to grow Falkwin Group’s digital brand and presence!
